Fall is a Great Time to Plant

…trees, shrubs, perennials and bulbs. In my opinion, fall plantings often have a better survival rate than those planted in the spring. Typically the fall days are wetter and cooler which allows the plants to get well-established by the following spring, and have a better chance of surviving the hot, dry summer months.
