Landscape Collaborative brings a hands-on approach to design from the initial client meeting to the build process. We start with a preliminary meeting to understand the wants, constraints and aesthetic preference of our client. We base map and inventory each property, identifying unique spaces and landscape nuances. During the initial design phase, we focus on schematic hand drawings to create two to three concepts and put together a rough budget for the construction. Once aligned with the client, we delve deeper into plant palettes, grading plans, detailed drawings, samples and modeling to bring our clients' vision to life. Our goal in the design phase is to ensure a clear vision of the garden to be created.
